Between Us Photography has a firm commitment to safeguarding the privacy of our customers. The Between Us Photography website does use “cookies” that stores an ID on your computer to say that you have visited our site. Nothing more. This is a common feature on most websites & browsers. Any personal information you give to Between Us Photography will only be used for purposes reasonably associated with transactions or other dealings between you and us. This may include processing orders, statistical analysis, surveys or communication with you (unless you have requested us not to do so). Between Us Photography will not disclose, sell, exchange or release any of your personal information to a third party (unless required by law) without your consent. Between Us Photography will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss or from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. Your credit card details are not kept once your purchase had been finalised. Additionally your credit card details are protected by a 128BIT SSL certificate. This is also known as a “Secure Website” and is identified by a padlock symbol on the credit card payment page. You may have access to your personal information on request. If you are concerned by this payment method then please contact us for other arrangements.

Refund and Returns Policy
Between Us Photography takes great pride in delivering a superior product and service. Strict quality control guidelines are in place in order to provide you with first class products. We are happy to refund, exchange, reprint or credit any items of which are not of a quality photographic standard. All products are colour adjusted and printed on archival paper. All goods must be shipped back to Between Us Photography at your credit with a letter of explanation for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Between Us Photography reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents. Please provide your contact details and name of the event/ wedding or family name for portrait orders. Please note that refunds may take several days to process, depending on the nature of the purchase. Refunds will not be issued after 60 days from your order date. A refund, exchange or credit will not be granted in the case of incorrect selection or change of mind.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
We prefer personal pick up at the Between Us Photography Studio. This is the best method to avoid damage to your photographs. Couriers in Sydney are possible as well and are a safer option over posting but does vary in price. Please call us for an accurate price. Between Us Photography takes all care with packaging and postage. Nevertheless the postal service is out of our control and we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. This includes bent, scratched, damaged and water damaged items. Between Us Photography is based in Sydney, Australia but overseas orders are also possible with an additional charge of AUD $10. (larger sizes may be more). All orders may take up to 6 weeks but are usually delivered in around 3-4 weeks. Your Credit card receipt is enclosed with your order.
